When I built and led marketing for Invesco’s U.S. fintech division (intelliflo, now owned by Carlyle), we didn’t just run a campaign—we redefined a category.
With brand awareness near zero and competitors selling speed, my team uncovered what advisors truly wanted: scalability, simplicity, and peace of mind. We repositioned intelliflo from a back-office tool into a strategic growth partner and launched the company’s first-ever omnichannel, AI-powered marketing program across 15 channels—12 of them brand new for the organization.
The results?
This campaign didn’t just raise awareness—it built trust, drove revenue, and turned intelliflo from an unknown player into a recognized fintech leader.

When intelliflo showed up at Huntington Beach for the 2024 Future Proof Festival, the world's largest wealth managmenet event, we built an immersive brand experience that turned heads and rewrote expectations for fintech events.
From a custom-designed space by a local Los Angeles set designer (saving us big money vs. a production company) to a virtual surfboard simulator that effortlessly merged beach culture with cutting-edge tech, every detail was engineered to spark conversations and amplify engagement. We paired the physical experience with a full omnichannel digital campaign—landing pages, media placements, influencer advocacy, and a live takeover of intelliflo’s global X account that drove a 10x surge in impressions.
The results?
This campaign didn’t just make waves at the festival—it set a new bar for event marketing in fintech. And in 2025, it earned me the Bronze Stevie Award for Marketing Disruptor of the Year, recognizing my ability to take events from standard to standout.

At USAA, I led the company’s first-ever annuity marketing campaign, built entirely on the voice of our members. After months of deep research and direct member conversations, we uncovered four unique segments—Super Spenders, Cautious Savers, Divorcees, and Widows—each facing distinct financial challenges in retirement.
Instead of one-size-fits-all messaging, we created personalized, empathetic campaigns tailored to each segment’s goals, anxieties, and financial realities. From creative strategy to distribution, the work honored USAA’s mission of putting members first while delivering clear, actionable solutions.
The impact was undeniable: record year-over-year annuity growth, new levels of member engagement, and a playbook for how to translate insights into financial peace of mind for those who serve.
